Cranberry, Lavender, and Cinnamon Shrub
3 Cups Whole Cranberries
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Raw Cane Sugar
1/4 Cup Cut Cinnamon
20 Sprigs Dried Lavender
1 tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot and simmer on very low for 25-30 minutes. Cranberries will pop. Remove from the heat and let cool. Strain the solids out. Add sherry vinegar.
It's Not Even the Holidays Mocktail
1 oz. Cranberry, Lavender, and Cinnamon Shrub
5 Drops Bitter Rose
Fill a Champagne Flute or Collins Glass with ice. Pour the shrub over the ice and top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry and Bitter Rose.
Tropical Ginger Beer
7 oz. Ginger Beer
1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Lime Juiced
1 Eye Dropper Full of Pear Jordan
Pour all the ingredients over ice, stir, and garnish with a mint sprig.

4 oz. Fresh Brewed Berry Iced Tea
4 oz. Fresh Lemonade
1/2 tsp. Cranberry, Lavender, & Cinnamon Shrub
10 Drops Batch One Orange Bitters
Pour all of the ingredients over ice and garnish with mint and blackberries.
